Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)
Consumers have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day you receive the goods.
How to Exercise the Right of Withdrawal
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision within 14 days by using:

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Conditions for Returns
Returned items must:
- be unused
- be in original condition
- be in the original packaging
- include all accessories
Items that do not meet these conditions cannot be refunded.
Important Dropshipping Notice (EU-Compliant)
Because designerbrands.sale operates on a dropshipping model, all returns require approval from our fashion wholesaler.
Once your return request is approved:
- you will receive return instructions
- the return address will be provided
- only then may the item be returned
Refunds
After the returned item has been inspected and approved:
- the refund will be processed using the original payment method
- shipping costs are not refundable unless required by law
Exclusion of Late Returns
Return requests submitted after 14 days from receipt of goods cannot be accepted.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
